Reservation
and Cancellation terms:
Each reservation has to be guaranteed with a deposit payment of 2 room
nights to our account. We provide a secure payment possibility via Pay
Pal. Together with our availability and rate information you will receive
information about how to deposit this guarantee to our account.
Balance is due on arrival at the hotel (cash payment preferred, credit
cards and Traveler checks are also welcome).
In case of a cancellation, the guarantee will be kept as cancellation
fee. After having received the deposit payment we will submit the confirmation
number of your booking.
Your reservation can be guaranteed with the following credit cards: VISA,
MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
If you do not feel comfortable with sending your credit card number over
the internet you can choose to call in your number and expiration date
by phoning us at + 1 809 571-0680 or fax it to us at + 1 809 571-0665.
By submitting your cc details you automatically authorize the hotel to
charge the deposit to this credit card.
Personal checks are not accepted as payment at the resort. Payment of
balance is due on arrival at the hotel.
The guarantee (2 room nights) deposited to our account
is not refundable in case of a cancellation. No-show without prior cancellation
will result in the charge of another room night.
To cancel a reservation, please e-mail us your confirmation number, name
and dates of the reservation and the word "cancellation" in
the subject field.
Reservation
changes (change of dates, change of number of persons, etc.) can be done
at any time and at no additional cost.
