Apart Hotel & Beach Club Caracol offers very special rates for extended staying guests (minimum 30 consecutive nights) between September 15 and December 15, 2006 50plus senior traveler long term rates, valid for bookings between September 15 and December 15, 2024 with a minimum stay of 30 nights (valid for arrivals until November 15, 2025) rates are in USD/per apartment/double occupancy/including 26% local tax First month: USD 35/night (= 1,050 USD for 1. full month) Second month: USD 30/night (= 900 USD for 2. full month) Third month: USD 25/night (= 750 USD for each full month) Additional person: USD 10 per night incl. tax These extended stay rates are of course also applicable for travelers younger than 50plus. Our apartment buildings are located in a tropical garden with pool area within a quiet residential area. The one bed room apartments offer 1 separate bed room with air condition, living room with sitting area and sofa bed, cable TV, wireless internet connection, safety deposit box and direct dial phone, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and private terrace or balcony with garden or pool view. click

& Cancellation Policy long term stays
Reservation: Down payment of 50% of the total long term stay costs necessary within 7 days after reservation to our account in the US (account information will be sent separately) or with credit card. Balance due on arrival with traveller checks, cash or with credit card. Cancellation: Up to 31 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded completely.
